Cartoons and Rock and Roll collide

As a father of a five year old I am very familiar with the charicters and content of places such as the Cartoon Network. My son is crazy about the cartoon Ben 10. A kid who finds an alien device, sort of like a watch that allows him to turn into other creatures.
One of the villains in an episode was a Russian guy named Dr. Victor. He turned into and energy spewing Frankensteins monster. I can’t help but think based on the picture that the cartoonists inspiration for Dr. Victor had to come from the Rock and Roll world.
Glenn Danzig and Dr. VIctor, Separated at birth?????
It’s a strange day when The Cartoon Network world and the Rock and Roll world collide.
